The Hub is located in Station Way, opposite the Crawley train station car park. Walk in access is across the exit for County Mall deliveries. Do not go down the ramp and into the small car park behind the Metro Bus ticket office.

Access by vehicle is via County Mall delivery tunnel which is at the bottom of the North car park ramp. Do not go up the ramp but turn left down into the delivery tunnel Drive slowly all the way through to the exit ramp, come up the ramp and turn left into the little car park.
